Currently we only accept Paypal as a payment method.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are processed within 5-10 business days of the completion of the payment.
Orders are mailed with USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
NOTE: If you do not provide the required information when placing your order, your order may be delayed. Please be mindful to include all of the required information, including design number, personalization notes and birthday party date.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time solely depends on USPS. Please keep in mind that shipping time is usually a little longer to Hawaii and Alaska addresses compared to other states.
International delivery time depends on the country of destination. Usually it takes several weeks.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF YOUR ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT IN PAYPAL. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
Returns:
Because most of our items are customized, returns will only be accepted if there is a typo or major flaw.
